Pawandeep Rajan is a versatile singer and musician based out of the district Champawat, Uttarakhand. He was born on 27 July 1996 into a musical family with the musical environment all around him. He belongs to a Hindu family. Since he was a kid; his influence in music is inherited by him from his father, who himself is a famous Kumauni singer Mr Suresh Rajan. The basic knowledge and small intricacies of music were passed down to him by his father. He was also adjudged as the Youngest Table Player. He has been playing the tabla since the age of 3. He plays about every other instrument required to make a symphony soothing to ears.

Music and Singing Journey of Pawandeep Rajan during “The Voice of India”
Pawandeep was able to prove his mettle in the year 2015 itself when he won the title of the 1st season of “The Voice of India”, a mainstream music reality show.
The Voice India is an Indian singing reality talent show, based on the original Dutch version of the program created by John de Mol. It is aimed at searching for the best singing talents in India and the only criteria to decide the winner is the ability to sing and perform.
This show was aired on “& TV”. During the show, he was a member of Bollywood singer Shaan’s team. He beat his peers to bag the title. He received the grand prize money of Rs 50 lakh, a TV set, a Maruti Alto K10, and a deal to record his first single with music label Universal.

Pawandeep has taken his music to a whole new level internationally; he has performed at many public platforms especially in Dubai and other Emirates. He is known for his live performances.
